Terms of Membership

1. Who may join

• You are 18 or older and legally free to marry.
• You hold a Nigerian National Identification Number and consent to identity and liveness verification. Members who are not verified are never shown to others.
• One person, one account. An identity already verified on SADE cannot open a second account.
• During the founding season, membership is by invitation only.

2. Conduct

You will present yourself truthfully, use your own photos, and never solicit money, gifts or financial information from other members. Harassment, hate, sexual content without consent, and any attempt to move a conversation off SADE before both people choose to are grounds for removal. SADE reviews reports with human moderators and may suspend or remove accounts. Removal for serious misconduct is permanent.

3. Membership and payment

• Founding Members receive complimentary access for thirty days from the day they join.
• Thereafter, and for all other members, Noble membership is ₦15,000 per month and Royal membership is ₦35,000 per month, payable through Paystack or Flutterwave. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
• Membership runs for the paid period and does not renew without a further payment. You may stop at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Kola is a consumable token used to express serious interest. Free Kola is granted monthly and does not carry over; purchased Kola does not expire while your account exists and is not refundable.

4. Introductions

SADE makes a limited number of introductions and explains its reasons. We do not guarantee any introduction, match, meeting or marriage. Every decision to meet is yours and theirs. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, and use SADE's safety tools.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you share. You grant SADE the licence needed to show it to other members as described in the Privacy Notice and to operate the service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is described in the Privacy Notice.

6. Ending membership

You may leave at any time. SADE may suspend or end membership for breach of these terms, for fraud, or where required by law, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

7. Liability

SADE is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of outcome. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Neuvation Company Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SADE or from the conduct of other members.
